1. Definitions and Interpretation

VIP status is determined by monthly turnover and may be adjusted based on activity levels. VIP benefits are subject to change and may be modified or terminated at idx77's discretion.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

idx77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You provide false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Your Account is flagged by fraud detection systems
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• You create multiple accounts or allow others to use your Account
• Required by law, court order, or regulatory authority

11.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon Account termination, all pending bets are voided, bonus balances are forfeited, and VIP status is revoked. Legitimate withdrawable balances may be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to idx77, subject to verification and fraud review. idx77 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected Terms violations.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary Account closure by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all available balances. Bonus funds and unredeemed loyalty points are forfeited upon closure.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the idx77 platform including software, graphics, logos, text, images, game designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of idx77 or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for personal entertainment purposes. 13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

14. Force Majeure

idx77 shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or telecommunications disruptions. During force majeure events, idx77 may suspend Services and void affected bets.

15. Dispute Resolution
